bought a car for my gf a cheap bargin type since its her first car. Anyways got the car knowing it needed brakes an everything else i can fix it. but dropd it off then 3days later went to go put the car seats in then finding out there was no rear seat belt (installed) an marked it legal..... sooo dropd it off monday to have replace an install new ones an was tryin to get me to pay for it an to look for them knowing its illegal to sell cars w/o seatbelt. 4days later pick the car up an they only installed one new belt an left the other(broken) belt unhooked... screw it not going back every again... dnt buy from here bc they clearly dnt do work to them nor look over the whole car b4 dot'ing it.
-new CV axle boot because one was "ripped" and would seize soon
110% COMPLETELY dishonest move trying to charge her $1,000+ in repairs that her vehicle doesn't even need just because she doesn't know how to check these things herself.
-new exhaust flex pipe
My girlfriend’s sister recently took her Ford Escape in for an oil change and afterwards they came back with a quote for "$1,000 of repairs" that they said needed to be done AT THAT MOMENT IN TIME including:
ZERO STAR RATING: LYING CONMEN FOR EMPLOYEES
My girlfriend then called them to confront and attempt to resolve the $1000 issue (angry as you can imagine) to ensure no other young women get taken advantage of at this shop with overpriced and dishonest quotes. Once Terry heard that my sister in fact didn't even get the repairs done Terry defended his employees and claimed they "never" give out overpriced/dishonest quotes. I suggested she never go back.
After the oil change they insisted that she get the repairs done right then and there but she left and I checked the car out first hours later. The rotors and brake pads still have at least 75% life left in them and are no where even NEAR needing to be replaced. All four CV axle boots (AWD model) are in perfect shape with not even a single mark or tear in them. The only thing they were kind of honest about was the exhaust flex pipe as the strands are coming loose but it's not leaking so it doesn't need to be changed until that day comes.
looked at cars there, sales person didn't seem to know much about any of the cars I looked at. One car I test drove smelled like a giant ashtray. Others I know had poor experiences with this place. Won't be back.
Do not buy a car from them. You will experience nothing but problems. They don't even deserve one star. Horrible service, they don't inspect vehicles thoroughly, and their loaner cars are the biggest piles of garbage. They will try and squeeze every dime out of you. Trust me! You would be better off getting a used car anywhere else than here.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND. DO NOT GO HERE.
-new brake pads and rotors
I'd like to point out that their slogan is literal- they sure do go the "extra mile".....to squeeze every penny out of you!!!!!!
I have to say good because I work there lol
